A dual-function space calls for a design identity that is individually distinct yet can flow seamlessly together as a single entity. This was the challenge which was carefully mastered by Little Ones Big Impact for the Private Office and Lounge, which was conceptualised, designed and built from scratch. This two-storey commercial lot measuring up to 6,676 square feet was divided into two areas: the ground level functions as an office workspace while the first level was converted into a bar and lounge. Envisioned as a coworking space, the office offers a visually pleasing and conducive space that is primed for creative thinking. Within it is a balance of communal workspaces, discussion areas and a break-out lounge which are connected via a meeting room and pantry. With this project, uniting multiple elements with a single cohesive design language was beautifully executed with the application of modern aesthetics to combine form and function with style.
